Basic Principle No 1 - LIFE IS EASY Within a certain period of life you'll notice one important thing. You have to let it go. You have to give up of the thought that you can possibly control nature. Don't misunderstand me: it doesn't mean to quit. It does not mean to give up developing yourself or to live amorously or perhaps to stop obtaining it your utmost power. Certainly not. This is the real energy. Friend, I share with you the essence of life: there isn't anything you need to fight A G A I N S T. Really not a single thing. All of our fights were developed out of the thought WE ARE NOT GOOD ENOUGH! Persons are very passable and stand a good deal of pain before they give up their old stories. All of our life we fight. We combat against situations, we combat against people to Be somebody and to gain acknowledgement. The reason is, we did not understand how to live our true capability. The community always teaches us we are really not well enough. We hope after grades, want to please everyone surrounding us, our friends, our loved ones, our better half, our bosses, for the price of giving up our soul. The anguish of our parents is absolutely not ours. And all of the anguish of our parents, the fights of our politicians for ages to rule the planet and the deceptiveness of our consuming culture forces us to develop roles and masks, influence us to build a personality of ego. Yesterday I've seen an astonishing movie that reminds me very intensely of that situation. And in case you've not seen it by now, you really should do that. You are going to love the actors. The reason why we are directly connected to the story would be that we find a great deal of our personal struggling in the characters. Wonderful entertainment, wonderful movie. BUT let me say one thing to you. If you wish to realize your aspirations in life, to acquire that self-actualization, the truth is: you DO NOT have to fight against something or somebody. You don't really need to become tough. That is the story I regarded for years. And no one said to me, that it's easy, once you know who you are. When you really know who you are, YOU ARE LIMITLESS. All the things surrounding you are built to lift you up. Terrible times only remind you that you don't live your full capability. We have difficulty because we think there is something to do for us to become. We think we've got to reach a spot down the road and in that particular moment everything enters into our life and our aspirations come true. But it's the complete opposite. The dream is already there. You must paint it NOW. I did weight training, I have done kick boxing, tried numerous jobs before I woke up.
